Updates to Delivery Rates Across the United Kingdom

We're pleased to announce a reduction in our delivery rates across several UK regions, making it even more cost-effective for our customers to order wholesale hardware.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting independent hardware, DIY and trade retailers, we've reviewed our carriage charges and made improvements where possible.

What's Changed?

We've lowered both carriage paid thresholds and order below costs in key areas:

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles

Was: £300 carriage paid threshold, £30 for orders below

Now: £200 carriage paid threshold, £25 for orders below

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Was: £250 carriage paid threshold, £25 for orders below

Now: £200 carriage paid threshold, £25 for orders below

Channel Islands

Was: £400 carriage paid threshold, £50 for orders below

Now: £250 carriage paid threshold, £30 for orders below
